I recently sold a Laptop on Gumtree and I was initially contacted by a "DJ" in Nigeria who was in desperate need of the laptop (his words). I kindly told him that I wouldn't be shipping internationally, but he was one persistent b*****d. I had to eventually block him as I was constantly bombarded with bullshit in an attempt to make me feel sympathetic for him/his situation. He may have been a legitimate buyer, but given how many scams/fraud attempts originate from Nigeria, I would never trust anyone from there.
 
Mum is doing another assignment and has covered my desk and computer in paperwork. It's a freaking joke. I reminded her how much I payed for the computer and reminded her that she made me put it where it is so it's an inconvenience for me. I wanted it in another area so I could use it in peace. Just crap

i told my mom to get a laptop at some point. she's the type of person who can literally not save a document without help and her typespeed is about 1 keystroke per second. couldn't handle it anymore, so now she has some 300 euro crappy laptop.
 
Last Friday my PSU failed. Turn on the system and 10mins later it shutdown. Getting worse and worse. So much for Seasonic quality. Now i have to buy yet another thing for Christmas.
 
i gota 2500 dollar hospital bill and no job and im planning on my new pc build bein about 3500 bucks so ya fml i have a car but i have so so eye sight with tunnel vission so im selling the car to help get a good chunk of my pc build done
 
So DHL's website is a piece of crap. I'm trying to pay the duty on my parcel from the Valve store and according to the parcel tracking the parcel itself is at teh cambs depot but I imagine I won't get it until I pay the fee. Fun fact, I can't. The website just shows nothing when it tries to process my payment. GAHHH
 
Meh, I ordered something from Scan this morning and the delivery date is supposed to be Monday which is ideal as it's my day off but I haven't had a single email from them today so I guess I won't be getting it until Tuesday and of course I will be at work.
 
I started working as a waiter a week ago cause I need mooneh to get a car, hating it with all my heart, I am supposed to work 6 hours and I always end up doing 7-8 hours, I know its more mooneh but my feet hurt like hell and I can't study anything cause it takes up most of my day, I'll try to survive till the end of this month and then I'll see if I'll quit or not. FML.
 
ugh ok so i decided i wanted some new headphones, you know for when i am out an about. so i go order myself some sennheiser momentum on ears, which in turn forces my hand to buy a portable headphone amp. so my amp finally arrives, an its great just what i was looking for, great build quality and fantastic sound quality. i give it a go an get a total of 3 and a half hour out of it, then life decides to throw a wrench in the works and the output on my phone decides to keel over an die. i mean come one...........are you kidding me the damn thing isn't even a year old

so meh....looks like i will be needing to get a new mobile
 
Well never thought I'd end up writing on this thread... but the sods law fairy paid me a visit Friday and completely ruined my damn weekend by raping my long serving master HDD losing me most but not all my work and docs but still I guess I'm sure as hell not the only one to suffer the arse ache that is NOT BACKING UP your docs...... damn it!!!! FML.

Yeah I at least found it funny, luckily I wasn't in a bad mood at the time lol, I just went and got my room mate to take a picture of me with it all over my hoody and jeans xD
 
i've been in bed for 32h now. haven't felt that ill in ages. 39C degrees, my back and chest feel like a truck parked on them which doesn't help much with breathing. oh well, it's already getting better, yesterday i was in the gutter.
 
Currently writing an assignment on flash memory, it sucks that I already know most of the stuff and yet I have to reference a bunch of websites and books that I "used". I could write 90% of it without having an internet connection goddammit.

Have you considered a custom loop to cool yourself down, or do you think you'll go with an AIO? ;) Gute Besserung

Whenever I write reports, I just write it all, and then spend ages at the end finding things to 'reference' lol. In the report I just finished last week I decided that I just had to reference Britney Spears' Guide to Semiconductor Physics, there was no way I couldn't, I wonder if my lecturer will pick up on it lol.

My first day back at work today (I only work during Summer and Christmas when I'm not at uni), and the servers nationwide for my supermarket were semi-broken and it meant none of the shopfloor staff could do any stock management on their handsets, and mainly the internet shopping orders where I work couldn't be picked properly. Usually we have a tablet telling us what needs picking, and where to put it, and we do 6 orders at once in a logical order, but without the system working we have to print off individual orders and go round picking them one order at a time, and the lists printed off don't come ordered according to the shopfloor layout so you have to walk like 3 times as far for every order as you would for the 6 orders combined usually. Many many people didn't get their orders delivered on time today, and some didn't even get them at all :/ And I was looking forward to a relaxing holiday xD
