Honestly would like some advice like when I get around to it will the d5 be able to handle the 2 GPUs and another radiator in addition to the CPU and current rad. I think for price the monitor is good choice but is 2ms response to much for usage. Finally I understand that the 5820k might be a little overkill for gaming but I will be doing some amount of rendering and 3d modeling.
Guess I'll answer the questions while I’m at it.
I live in the USA. My current budget is 3400 dollars. I will be needing a monitor with this build. The build should include an OS I prefer home to pro as I don't need the single file data encryption that pro offers. Though due to a problem I had with a motherboard in the past I will not buy an OEM copy as I had to buy the bloody thing twice. The rig will be mostly used for gaming with some minor 3d modeling and render on the side. I honestly want to move to 4k gaming. The system will be overclocked maybe not the ram but only due to the fact that I have had bad luck manually tuning it.

D5 is the best pump you can get, so three blocks and two rads will be no problem. And if you're water cooling, you can remove the cooler master air cooler from your list.

Sorry the heat sink is there just to keep the site from registering an error. Meant to not include it. Thanks about the pump though I have been trying to judge but couldn't get any sound advice on the matter.
