Best way to usually exact something by way of retribution would be to flattern the sucker during *legal* PE sports

U`r lucky in one way that u`ve got the chance to get him whilst u`r doing a sport, outside of school u smack some1 and theres more serious repecutions.
I know what u mean about worrying about hurting some1 seriously, I`m always fearful that if I were to ever explode on some1 there is a very big chance I could kill them.
[In anycase, if u ever do have to go at some1 who`s obviously the weaker of the 2 of u, either b1tch slap them (which is more embarassing than hurtfull) - or learn about pressure points.]
