I have a Xonar STX and i'll be using headphones most of the time but you know, there's just that time that you cant be bothered with a thing around your head and just wanna play something really loud.

So i'm looking for recommendations for a 2.1 speakers.
Budget? Im not really willing to shell out a big load of cash on them so say £50, maybeee pushing to £80 mark; would prefer to stick with £50 though.

Been looking around and obviously the first brand you would go and look at it Logitech; so what are your thoughts on these?
-Bad?
-Something out there much better for that price point?

----->£50 --Logitech Z323
----->£80 --Logitech Z523

Thanks alot :D

If you can still find it, Scythe Kama Amp Kro combined with their KroKraft(?) speakers would be a decent choice.

Ooooh i see TTL has done a vid about it too.
They are quite big though. Really looking for something quite smaller.
But if i was to get them, would i really need the amp, as i've got a Xonar STX already :mellow:

Any other suggestions?
Thoughts on the Logitech ones?

i recently bought the z323 speakers, they are in amazon now for £33.

I'm really loving them atm, was using my monitors speaker for a few years and the difference is simply breathtaking, i knew monitors had bad speaker but what a difference. i can finally enjoy music on my pc without using headphones :).

I definately recommend them, such a bargain for that quality of sound
