Well I got home at around 10PM and the card was there even though it wasn't meant to be delivered until Monday so it was most likely not shipped from Germany but maybe somewhere in the UK ?, It was delivered by UPS at 6PM so quite a speedy delivery, Now to sell it ^_^

I have called her Evagelia, She's currently off the clock but will be going back out in a few hours to rev up and take on a few loads.

She's going to look like a dirty little furry mark at the end of the night.

I bought an Asus Strix 1080 while waiting, I'm selling the Classy to recoup funds.

So a 2nd 1080 Classified turned up at my door a few minutes ago, Brand spanking new, Looks like EVGA had crossed wires and I was meant to get the new one and not the refurbed one which will be going back tomorrow morning.

Well they have over £700 of his money. they could suddenly hold it again once they realise the mistake and hold it until his second card is returned. I think by law they are entitled to do that, even if it was their mistake.

Not at all, I have little sympathy when companies get too big to know what each 'arm' is doing. If someone like Tesco screwed up and gave me something 'free' I wouldn't say a word. It's got nothing to do with it being EVGA at all.

Don't think its such a big deal tbh. If they sent it my accident, I'd say its their fault and just keep it. It's not exactly dishonest, but also not completely honest. I'd say its a grey area

I'd probably join the others saying "keep it", all's fair in love and free GPUs, but I also think that if I was actually in the same situation as Dicehunter it would be different and I'd contact them and let them know about the error.

Maybe it's all a ploy, they're seeing if you fail to return so they can keep your money and have effectively sold you another card

After testing both the new Classified and the current Strix I have, I've decided to stick with the new Classified and get a refund on the 1080 Strix as I'm getting ever so slightly better clocks and temps on the Classified, Plus the Powerlink isn't compatible with the Strix ^_^
