Electrical Buzz

Hey guys.

So my Sapphire Vapor X 7950 started making a electrical buzzing noise ( NOT coil whine) when it is under stress. Is this normal? I already swapped out the psu and gpu but its definitely the gpu. It's not that loud but I can hear it over the fans.

If you don't think its coil whine it could be caused by dust trapped in the heat sink or one of the fans. If I were you, I'd take the card out and give a good clean.

the card is only a week old, so it cant be dust

Oh right, didn't realize that. I'm not sure what it could be then. Are you 100% sure it's not coil whine?
