Ebuyer and my Cathode

Well firstly I ordered dual cold cathodes from overclockers.co.uk.

These came and I duly installed them. One did not work and I couldn't be bothered to send them back (cost) plus one worked so I thought I'd just buy a new one.

Bought one from ebuyer as I knew they were cheap as chips and when it arrived....it was smashed to peices!!

Seriously smashed inside the tube and the packaging damaged. Dave has a pic but I'm at work (post it if ya wanna Davo).

Now my point.

I requested an RMA from ebuyer expecting delays of up to weeks.

They mailed me today just over a day and have said that they will send me a new one and to keep the old one (I advised them in no uncertain terms that it was screwed). I'm actually quite impressed with that.

I will be even more impressed if they actually manage to package it properley and it arrives in working condition :)

Excelent work Kempez. I really do think Ebuyer are trying harder to please customers now. I had a faulty motherboard with them a while ago. I returned it, and they sent out a new one on the same day that they got my broken one.

I use them for almost everything. Looking at my account with them, i've spend about £10k in the past year (and a bit) on machines i've built for myself and other people - and i've never had a problem with them.

ebuyer are on of my faves...as you all prob know hehe.

i have bought almsot all of my comp stuff from them...and if they have it i will buy from them over anybody else.

I don't really have any loyalty to any sites, but ebuyer gets used a lot because they have every component for building an entire computer system - and its all fairly cheap too :D
