do i sense a mod coming

Haha, I cut the holes in the roof myself and the cable management holes, but theyre all covered by grills and rubber edging. Wouldnt attempt the side panel myself... that mess would be seen by everybody haha

Keep the ram below stock then

That way you can find the CPU limit then just factor in the ram later on.

its only 800MHz RAM... considering the highest multiplier I can use is 9 Im pretty much stuck at 3.6GHz (fsb at 400MHz). Cant get the RAM any lower than that. Anyway, the new stuff was meant to come today... so should defo be here tomorrow, not much point just for one night :p

Theres no settings lower that 1:1. Just had a search round google as well and seen others asking about it. Just need faster RAM

Haha, yea its not a bad little case is it! My only problem now is how to add more!! Eventually want to put my GPU under water as well but will have to add another rad... but not much room! Can get a single on the rear exhaust fan but not sure apart from that :(

I like the look of the pink also :yumyum:

I do like the double fans on the top, but will another rad fit in there place?

What do you mean? There is a dual rad under the fans :p

Anyway, may as well do a small update while Im here! My new RAM arrived a few days ago and its just... massive :o haha

No room for more than 2 sticks of that on my mobo :p

And some tests done with Everest showing the improvement :p Was stuck at 3.8GHz using the old RAM, using my new stuff Ive managed to take my CPU upto 4.2GHz :D

The old stuff:

And then the new stuff, just after I got it stable at 4GHz :D

Much better

Was thinking about it but it comes with the most restrictive connecters/fittings Ive ever seen!!

If you look inside Its literally just a flat circle with 4 tiny holes drilled in at the sides. Tried to get a photo but were either blurry or a massive reflection of the flash. But anyway, dont think Im gonna bother :(

I watercooled that RAM. There are pictures on here somewhere.. Wasn't worth it to be honest as it's a bit of a nightmare.

Found it:

Excuse the massive pic.

that motherboard = win ;)

Haha, wonder where I got it from!? :p

Its doing great though, definately better than the £70 Gigabyte board I upgraded from.

Talking of fancy motherboards, Ive seen your new project too!! The OC dial looks bizaare but if it works, good feature!

In the process of adding a second loop to this now... just very slowly buying parts up! So far got a DDC pump and some tubing and got another rad grill on the way. Also trying to get retrogamer to sell me a couple of res's :D Then just GPU block and rad and we have fully internal dual loop in a pretty cramped mid tower haha... pay day on the 31st :D
