Sorry about the downtime last night guys. Our provider had problems with the server SX is hosted on.

If it happens again anytime soon, we'll be moving to a different host :)

Cool, I thought you guys had banned me!!!! :D rotflmao All I kept getting was a forbidden error, and I thought wtf

Lol...nope, it was a server problem. They initially said it was going to be down for 6-12 hours, but i had a right moan, and it appears they pulled their fingers out of their arses.

Yeps, I was sitting here moaning to some guy about advertising another forum then all of a sudden *GASP* FORBIDDEN!

LOL...we'll give the host another chance, and if it screws up again, i'll be getting my years hosting refunded and taking the site to another host (should only mean a couple of minutes downtime)

:flipoff:

Well it happened. The host of SysXtreme screwed up again, so i did exactly as i said i was going to.....

We are now on a new host, and my old host will be hearing from Visa tomorrow about getting the year that i paid for hosting with them back :)

Lets hope new host is more reliable ;)

hey guys these last to days i couldn't get ont :anisx: it gave me an error "Page Couldn't be found" was the server down again or is it just me??

the reason for this problem is to do with different computers taking longer to release the DNS name. XMS explained this to me yesterday :)

your computer may have taken longer to release the host from the DNS and has only just refreshed to the new host. It is more complex than that but I wont bother trying to explain because i can't lol!!

should all be working good now though :) :anisx:

We switched hosting providers as we was having problems with our old one.

Your ISP was probably taking its time updating its DNS cache, which means you was still looking at the old location of the site :)

Little bit more downtime there guys. Sorry about that.

My fault, i fucked up trying to get us a proper rig showcase. I'll try again when i've got my "php for dummies" book to hand ;)
