The solution

I am grateful for your comments.

I have solved the problem, have just bought a scsi card and have installed in the slot pci, achieving with the configuration a maximum transference of 205 MB/seg of the unit of three disks.

What I have learned about this experience:

1. The original scsi in my motherboard MSI is not capable of overcoming 160 MB/seg of transference.

2.-After three months and many mails and phone calls, Holland MSi answers , when they have no arguments to refute that the mobo has problems they interrupt the communication.

3.-Is difficult , almost impossible to obtain a moderately acceptable support for a product MSI

4.-In case that the product MSI that you have bought damaged it's not easy to execute the guarantee unless legal actions are established.

To sum it all up MSI can choke on a choad :)

1.- I never had told that the system may reach near 320 MB/seg .

You so have not even read the mails that I have sent to you with the technical aspects of the problem for which you asked the same that I answer you, and say things as " So the onboard and the PCI scsi controller, should plough both incapable of reaching nowhere near 320MB/s the way you test it "

READ MY LAST MAIL: "I have solved the problem, have just bought a scsi card and have installed

in the slot pci, achieving with the configuration a maximum transference of 205 MB/seg of the unit of three disks"

2.- I have resorted to the support of MSI Netherlands because MSI Germany has said to me that MSI Netherlands have to support the MoBo, so the it was bought in Germany. TW have to support the the Spanish market, but they dont do it.

3.-You have answered some of my mails "interested" in the problem until you was no able to solve it or give a clue so you interrupted the communication.

4.- My supplier sell motherboards no support MSI products in my opinion you MSI sell products with deceitful publicity announcing that you have support for the products that you make.

5.- Plese dont waste my time any more, thanks.

So the onboard and the PCI scsi controller, are both incapable of reaching

nowhere near 320MB/s the way you test it.

I didn't test it myself because I still question the testing method.

I figure, if the bios and the driver reports an interface speed of 320MB/s,

I have no reason to question that.

I didn't respond all the mails myself, so my colleagues might have a

different point of view.

:p This seems to be an advanced problem, which will never be resolved without

talking to any of the people involved. I am sorry to say, that MSI The

Netherlands is not responsible for the Spanish market, therefor you have

been treated as an end-user.

The easiest way to resolve this, is to contact your supplier and let them

sort it out trough the proper channels. They should have support contacts at

MSI HQ (Taiwan) which can help you. Either you contact them or this going

nowhere.

Best Regards,

Support Team

I never had a drama with my RMA to them here in Australia. Sent my dead 6800GT to them, in a week it was back in my hot little hands. Sorry for those who haven't experienced this kind of service :)
