and here it is from a different angle

Image460.jpg

and then all the ringpuls i have saved since march time...

Image461.jpg

bit too many?

i intend to turn the ring pulls into an art project

get a fancy glass bottle

stick a CCFL down the middle, pink, green, idk..

then fill it with ring pulls so the light shines through at odd angles, and so it looks funky..

or so is the plan..

but yea, it cant be good for me drinking that much pepsi

is diabeetees genetic, or can you catch/self inflict it?

ta..

*takes drink from can*

You'll be reet, just watch your blood sugar levels and try to cut down over months/years. The most annoying thing about it is seeing what you're doing, but having insufficient mental power to stop yourself from doing it.

oh i know what you mean

*goes to fridge for another can, and tuts at self*

....i know exactly what you mean... :(

You'll be reet trust me. These people who come on TV telling you what to do and how to live your life are stupid, I mean, if everybody eat only vegetables and ran everywhere instead of using a car (comparison to all the people making a big deal out of global warming and whatnot), the world wouldn't be the same. Although, try to get yourself off of it gradually because after a long time it could cause damage to your internals. :(

aye...hmm

drop to 10 cans a day first step then i think..

what did you think of my art project tho?

summet good mightaswell come of it..

Yeah I think u got a problem.

Another thing I do respect u since u the only person I know ever to have drank Pepsi like this. Other people I know drink Alcohol like that or should I say Vodka. Bloody idiot wants to die by drinking like that, but don't really know him @ all. ;)

So your on over 10 cans a day?

Do you exercise?

Do you sleep at night?

Eat fruit or anything?

Even with all the above id say ur still in a good chance of becomin very ill soon - with other problems such as dental issues, diabetes, probably weight issues and it cant be good for mental state - that must be over 100%...perhaps 200% of RDA sugar intake!

Perhaps switch to pepsi max / diet coke or whatnot. It tastes similiar and you can probably get off the stuff by replacing the drink with something else u like - ribena is nice :D

excersize - no

sleep - occasionally....rarely..

eat fruit? whats fruit? :p ...nah, i have OJ, thats one of my 5 a day, and somtimes an apple, and ye...

teeth - had 14 fillings overall, and two pulled, .... but atm am okay, brushing 5 times a day just incase...

diabetes - worried about

weight issues - already a problem, always has been, cant get much worse :p

17 stone and 5'5 ...so..

mental state - fine

i'm sane

sane as everyone else

pepsi max is disgusting

and i wont drink coke, of any kind lol

Get away from fizzy - anything!!!

U like ribena? Oasis?

Its still not as good as water or similiar but its a start

Brushing that often will only brush away more and more enamel as the pepsi softens it

edit: Try a martial art! I tried tae kwon do, loved it and its a great way of getting flexability/fitness

how many hours sleep usually?

but fizzy is all i can drink

altho oddly, i do prefer pepsi flat..

and nah, dont like either..

and i spose you have a point about the brushing, will cut back to 3x daily

martial arts, sod that, no thank you..

and hours....depends,

anything from 4 - 12 ...

usually the former

Mate if you dont cut that out then frankly, you dont deserve your teeth or your health. That amount is bad for you on so so many levels.

The sugar hammers your kidneys, teeth, brain and pancreas (which will cause diabetes), the aspartame breaks down into phenylalanine, methanol and aspartic acid, all of which are highly toxic, destroy the brain and effectively pickle your intestines. The chemicals used to make them fizzy robs your bones of calcium.

They put your LDL and triglyceride levels through the roof and lowers your metabolism something fierce, all of which are the firmest of foundations of type 2 diabetes. Another lovely side effect that happens in people who drink excessive amounts is the carbonic acid in the oesophagus weakens the walls where the pipe meets the stomach, then once the pressure from that fateful fizzy drink builds up, you get an oesophageal perforation. A woman died from it a matter of weeks ago.

Seriously man, cut that sh*t out.

M8 you should take llwyd's informed post very seriously!

I read on another forum some time ago, a lot of posts with articles about the very serious effects of Aspartame. You should Google it. Scientists in America have done research which shows it to be linked to various mental disorders, hyperactivity in kids and adults, mood swings, personality disorders and various ailments. It was found that some people who, for instance could not walk or had some other disability, which could not be clearly diagnosed, were able to function much more normally and became much better when aspartame was no longer in their system!

One of the respected members on that other forum used to work in a UK factory producing Pepsi. It may interest you to know that anyone going through the mixing room had to wear protective clothing and breathing filters!

Makes you think a bit that. Incidentally it is used in most fizzy drinks as a sugar substitute, not just Pepsi and Coke. Seriously, cut it right down and Google Aspartame and its side effects. When you have read all the research you would rather drink p*ss :nono:

there is no aspartime in pepsi

only in diet pepsi or pepsi max, or diet coke, or coke zero, if sugar is in there, aspartime, a sweetner, isnt needed

Thanks for correcting me ionicle.

I remembered reading about aspartame before and with llwyd mentioning it and talk of diabetes, I must have got my wires crossed. I have a friend who is a class 1 diabetic and he drinks a lot of the diet stuff.

Still an interesting read, for all those who do drink a lot of the diet brands aspartame has got to be worth a google. Might just help or warn somebody.

I normally drink about 4 to 5 cans of soda a day, and 2 packs of BigRed gum, and a handful of skittles. I know it's bad as hell for me but it's addicting. I'm gonna get diabetes if I don't stop, so I have to. :(

Why not chew SUGAR FREE gum? :p

When im chewing, especially something minty, i dont wanna drink something fizzy, plus its addicting to sit there chewing for hours
