red light it

I wonder if you could plug in red LEDs into the h100i fan outputs to make them turn bright red when the temp goes up like it will do on the face of the h100i.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Seem like the voltage regulation to the fan output by means of CPU temperature would be able to dim or brighten a LED.

I'm just kicking around an idea for some light modding.
