The design is very intriguing ... while it is quite unique indeed - no doubt there -, everyone can relate it to one of the franchises s/he is a fan of, thus it's a design for mostly everyone's liking. I for one agree with seancoey, that it is somewhat reminiscent of the Star Trek LCARS system.

I'm getting a Starwars feel to the case which is quite awesome. I usually don't like over the top cases, but the white,red, black accents look very well done.
