True, but it would kill the whole point if people joined these forums just to join the competition and then never log on again when the competition is over
.I think there should also be some restrictions, like minimum amount of posts or joined before let's say August 2012.

Actually like the idea, however that would mean people like me have no chance either while I personally did not join this forum to win things. Would prefer accounts that were made like a week before the competition was announced or something, it would still keep people from making an account with the sole purpose of winning that case

Looks very nice Personally I think the competition should be open to anyone who is a member, even if they sign up just to enter, I know I for one signed up just for the competition last year and since then I have become an active member I look forward to seeing new faces soon

Depends whether it's a competition to spread awareness or to thank the members that have helped so far.
If there's the big main one next year then that will encourage new members to come. I think it's good this is closed. Shows we're appreciated

I Have Been Subscribed To Tom`s Youtube Channel For A While And On His Facebook/Overclock3D Page For A While. Not Bothered About Winning As I Have A Nice Rig And Would Not Need It , So I Can Be Removed From Entry To The Competition As That Was Not My Reason For Joining lol !
