Custom 780 Backplate ?

Techoftomorrow on youtube are making a Tron themed build and are using 7950's with custom backplates, They look sexy as hell, Does any kind of service exist in the UK to make custom parts like this ?

E22 all the way mate the mans a genius with acrylic im sure he'll happily knock up custom stuff
