CPU usage drop during OCCT Linpack at stock

Hi guys,

Since the installation of my CPU cooler didn't go too well yesterday, I decided to try and run OCCT Linpack (at stock clocks) to see if I need to replace my thermal paste. At first, everything went fine. Temperatures didn't go above 67 degrees Celcius, and the CPU voltage was at about 1.14v. However, after about 14 minutes, the CPU usage suddenly dropped to about 25%:

Is this something I should worry about? The temps seemed fine, but I am concerned since this is happening at stock. The CPU clock speeds seem fine too:

I didn't have AVX enabled, and the test type was set to infinite.

I think it's a rest period in the test mine dose the same, but someone with more experience maybe could confirm this

OCCT does work in bursts for sure. But you'll be able to see that behavior easily by watching OCCTs charts during the run. You'll notice the rest periods where the CPU usage drops off for a bit before cranking back up. This is normal OCCT behaviour.
