CPU cooler (Hyper 212) fan suggestions

Hello,
So, I'm looking to buy a new fan for my Hyper 212. The current one is loud (according to my phone, 45-50dbs!) and annoying me.

I'm currently stuck between:

Couger Vortex - $13.99

Bitfenix Spectre Pro - $14.99

Noctua NF-F12s- $19.99

So, out of all those fans, which one would you recommend? If you want to make a suggestion out of those, please make sure they sell it at www.ncix.ca and I would very much like it to be PWM.
Thanks in advanced.

the black cougar would be my choice on price. the F12 is the best on noise and
performance. the spectre pro is mid ground between both. one thing i found on
the cougar was whining when under-volted, but on PWM it was weird on staying
stedy on performance. one speed and the temps were jumping around, swap with
F12 and steady temps and speed. but since i used the dual push/pull with F12 and
was deffo the best combo. and for $20 on F12, thats a bargain. when they first
came out, they had them @ 15.27 so i bought 8 of them (opportunity) but they
have been teetering above 25 for a bit and seemd to have come back down.

Personally I like the Cooler Master SickelFlow. For some people it seems to be hit or miss. They love them or hate them. I've used at least 50 of them over the last year without a single problem, and great airflow.

I've used sickle flows on my 212 before very good on the 212's Also I have 13 spectre pro's in my current case and they are pretty decent fans as well.

The sickle flows look okay, and they perform okay. However, I found them a bit noisy when I used one.

I would personally go for the Noctua NF-F12. Really wonderful fan, and if you can get over the ugly color, they are the best fans for airflow situations IMO.

As airdeano and Kidbest100 said-you can't go wrong with the Noctua NF-F12's. They're quiet and they've got high static pressure value. Due to the fact that the static pressure is so high means that you can turn the fans down for even quieter operation with minimal performance hit. If you can afford the Noctua NF-F12's then go for them =)

Well a lot of people will tell you to get the Noctua's. While qualitywhise they are great, I don't find them really that special in performance, especially for the price.

Don't get me wrong, they perform very good, but they are also very expensive. I would get the GT's 1850rpm en just put like a 7v resistor between them. If you don't mind just a little of noise, get the Phobya one's. They are very quiet for the RPM's they produce. Also very cheap fans.

I mean, what is the point of spending like almost double on fans for a heatsink, and you won't get like seriously better temps at all, and the noise will still be there (they are 1500 rpm so you'll have a little bit of noise).

Or maybe you could get some Yate Loons and turn them down ?

RPM is not really what matters. CFM is much more important. The wider the fan blades are, typically they will produce more CFM and pressure. The Noctua NF-F12's excel in this area, as the blades are extremely wide and even at low RPM will produce more CFM than most fans at much higher RPMs. This, along with good design, is what makes them expensive and silent.

Although I have suggested the SickelFlow myself, the NF-F12's are excellent fans. I personally hate the color, but if you don't care about that then there are few fans that can touch them in terms of performance and silence.
