Could do with some help i am thinking of building a new rig

I am thinking of building a new rig i will be water cooling it this is what i have come up with so far

Gigabyte GA-G1-ASSASSIN2, Intel X79, S 2011, DDR3, SATA III - 6Gb/s, SATA RAID, E-ATX​

Intel Core i7 3930K (C2) Enthusiast Unlocked, S 2011, Sandybridge-E, Six Core, 3.2GHz, 12MB Smart Cache, 130W, OEM ​

1200W PSU, Corsair Pro Series Gold 1200AX, Modular, 90%Eff', 80 PLUS Gold, SLI/CrossFire, EPS 12V, Quiet Fan, ATX ????? ​

16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance LP Jet Black, PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC, CAS 8-8-8-24, XMP, 1.5V, X79, Z68 & P67 ​

2GB EVGA GTX 680, 28nm, PCIe 3.0 (x16), 6008MHz GDDR5, GPU 1006MHz, Boost 1058MHz, Cores 1536, 2x DL DVI, DP/HDMI​

i do not know what PSU to get yet and what will look good with all of this?

looks fine to me but 1200 is still insane overkill in my opinion, and yeah go with corsair, suggest good full tower to fit that and since you want to WC it later on that is pretty much a must

Yeah I'd go AX850 just in case you want to add another GTX680 in the future.

Just checked the 1200w one and JESUS CHRIST! :L £200 for a power supply just seems insane to me, for me £100 is the max i would spend although arjen has got a point an 850 one would allow you to crossfire

I lol'd when I seen 1200W as if he's still in 2008 buying uneffcient Gtx 480's, Those were the days Q.Q easily added 10$ to my Power a month... but yeah 680's use max 320W each an Ax 850 would be enough, or HX850 they're both the same thing..

Sounds like a nice rig gotta agree with everyone else the AX850 will be more than enough and think about the Asus Rampage 4 Extreme it's the best 2011 board ATM.

What is this build for? 3930 on x79 is a lot of overkill for a gaming rig as is 16gb of ram!

I would suggest a 3570k, with 8gb 1600mhz Ram.

For the PSU: get an AX850. And for the cooling: Get a Noctua NH-D14
