My soon to be computer specs are listed below, if anyone could give me some advice to upgrade or further improve my rig before I order any parts, that would be great, my budget is well, as you can probably tell, not an issue, but if anyone could help me out that would be great, Thanks!

Processor – Intel Core i7-4960X Ivy Bridge-E 3.6GHz (Turbo 4GHz) LGA 2011 130W Six-Core Desktop Processor
Motherboard - ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
Graphics Cards – (2X in SLI) ASUS GeForce GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II 3GD5
Case – Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra Tower
CPU Cooler – Corsair H100i
Power Supply – Corsair AX1200i
Memory – 8 x 8GB of Corsair Dominator Platinum Memory
Optical Drive – ASUS BW-16D1HT
SSD – Samsung 840 Pro 512GB
HDD – 1 2TB WD Black Drive
Sound Card – ASUS Xonar Phoebus
Operating System – Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro – 64-bit
Peripherals –
Razer Ouroboros Gaming Mouse
Razer DeathStalker Expert Gaming Keyboard
Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset
Logitech C920 HD Webcam

If budget is not an issue then I would say to change most of those peripherals. for mice, Razer really don't make them particularly well, sure they can be good (while they still work) but they are generally pretty unreliable compared to a lot of other brands. Not sure what else is out there though along the lines of the Ouroborus though as it has quite a lot of customisation features. For a keyboard, if you are spending that much, go mechanical. Seriously.

Also you might want to look at better headphones and microphone combination, the Krakens are, frankly, rubbish when it comes to audio quality. I would look at getting something like AKG k240/270, Sennheiser HD598, Audio Technica ATH-M50 or Beyerdynamic DT770/880 and a Modmic. I would also look at a decent external DAC and amp to go along with it rather than the pheobus.

Please for the love of god don't get a 1200i for that system. Just get a Corsair AX860 non i and you'll still have plenty of headroom to add even watercooling. 1200 watts is just overkill.

Otherwise looks like a nice build!

I would like to finally add though that if this build is for gaming then the processor is also overkill and you could save yourself so much money by going Z87 instead of X79. X79 is far more suited to workstation type rigs

Honestly, I much prefer non-mechanical keyboards and the razer deathstalker expert is one of the few non-mechanical keyboards that seem fairly reputable and made by a gaming brand. In terms of the headset, I only need an ok mic and headset combo, I am using this rig for primarily heavy video editing and a friend of mine might want to use it for autocad. I might be doing some gaming, but nothing too serious, if I do need to, I may upgrade the headset/mic combination in the future if needed, but thanks for the input, if you do know of any non-mechanical keyboards that are better than the deathstalker ultimate, that would be great to know, but otherwise, Thanks!

Also, I may or may not be adding a third (or even fourth) 780 ti in the future, but that is still to be decided, I just would like to keep a bit of headroom in terms of the power supply

I beg you to reconsider 8x8GB of ram! Even most Editing rigs don't need 64GB of ram!

If it is just for gaming then i purpose this.
Processor –i7 4770k
Motherboard - MSI GD65 Gaming
Graphics Cards – 290x in Crossfire with aftermarket coolers. Save money and maintain same performance.
Case – A personal choice, i would say a NZXT Switch 810 or Corsair 750D
CPU Cooler – Corsair H100i
Power Supply – Corsair RM 1000
Memory –4x8GB Corsair Red Pro Memory.. or 4x4GB to save money.
Optical Drive – Really unneeded
OSSSD – Samsung 840 Pro 512GB
Storage SSD – Samsung 840 Evo 1tb if just gaming/media storage.
Sound Card – ASUS Xonar STX
Operating System – Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro – 64-bit
All personal choice

Peripherals –
Corsair M65/95 mouses are great. I love my M65.
Corsair or Coolermaster mechanical keyboards.
Beyerdynamic Dt770 250ohm/ DT990 250ohm or Audio Technica ATH-50. Modmic also recommended. All this was mentioned earlier.
Logitech C920 HD Webcam

With a 290x in crossfire mine as well get a 1440p monitor! Dell make great ones as do Asus.

Speaking from experience, don't get a Deathstalker. The chiclet caps are horrible, cheap, and the spacing is nasty for typing on. For long hours on a PC, you definitely want something more tactile. I replaced mine with a Black Widow Stealth within a week of owning one. And despite the desirability of the "Switchblade," it's really not as useful as they make it out to be, and is just a bit nastier to use than a proper keypad.

If you aren't a fan of mechanical keys, there are still some great keyboards. Sidewinder X4 is one I used for a while before making the switch to mechanical.

As for the mouse, I'd say the main competitor for the Ouroboros is the RAT 9. Better made, from what I've heard, but I haven't used either.

Considering you have now said this rig will be used for heavy video editing and CAD I take back my initial comment about moving to Z87 and agree X79 is prob the way to go.

I would maybe pull some ideas from what Neverbackdown has suggested though. In particular the idea of a storage SSD if money is no object and you're gonna be dealing with a lot of video. Also worth looking at the vengeance pro memory instead of the dominator platinum unless you must have the pretty lights

I've honestly heard this a lot (to the point where it's the knowledge I pass on) that IB-E > Haswell for hardcore video editing, but confession time, I've never really understood why.

What's the catch?

More cores, More RAM and I think X79 can/could run more lanes at full speed when SLI etc. which again is good for rendering speeds. Gaming doesn't utilise these like rendering does so pointless to go X79 for gaming unless you're Benchmarking in which case every little morsel of power is being used

What a stupid comment of mine, I completely forgot the 6 core IB-Es. Haha. Yeah, makes sense.

Most rendering software are far more optimized than games and can take use of more power because they need that power to run efficiently. Now a 4930k vs a 4770k would beneficial in most rendering scenarios due to the extra cores, extra virtual cores, and bigger cache size. All of which matter for rendering.
