corsair h80 Yay or nay

Since I cant have a d14 (case and mobo wont allow it) I was thinking of corsiar h80, I did a quick google and looked on youtube and the feedback seems to be hit or miss.

So was wondering if any one on here would like to give there view on the cooler?

I would prob replace the fans with noctua focuse flows pwm if the stock ones are as noisy as people state.

its ok in confined spaces, not spectacular, but works well enough, but a h100 would be a much better option.
but if no room for that how about nzxt havik 120 or 140? (possible that the 140 may have the same issues as the d14 due to fan sizes)
maybe even the 212 that is being touted around the forums would be a good pick

main question is, what case is it going into?

the cooler master 212 series is a fine cooler, noctua NH-C14 is another that pretty stays
on the heels of the D14, upto 4.6GHZ on a sandy bridge and then the D14 steadily does better.
