Corsair H100i Unusual Temperatures

I found the reason for all those temps. It was the CPU itself. Swapped to other one and everything is OK now.

4.7 GHz with 1.36V idles at ~40*C, ~90*C under prime and ~70*C while gaming.

Fans are set from ~550(lowest possible) to 1800 RPM max. Ambient 21*C.
