  • Hey Naz,
Technically, yes, all the cable included including the Link stuff. BUT we can always make an exception ;)

Your replacement will be brand new
    Hey Greybeard,
Just got around to RMAing my AX1200i and in the instructions it says to include all cables. I assume this means the Corsair Link dongle. I just want to make sure I send everything and that I will receive a complete unit with everything in return. Sorry for the potentially dumb question, I just want to make sure I am doing everything correctly.
    Hey Naz,
Sorry to hear that man, but I just replied to your post. We'll take care of that one for you.
I was watching a Twitch stream and there was a loud pop. My PC cut off and there was a smell of burning electronics. I thought it was my MoBo or the PSU. My PC would not restart I had just upgraded my PSU and installed my old one(a Corsair HX850). It worked just fine. The problem is that I was just about to move. At this time, a couple of weeks later I have moved. My question is, if my ship to address is different than the address on my invoice for the product, will this be a problem hen RMAing? I was told you were the one to ask.
    Hi Pete,
I got your email regarding this. Do you have the white 600T case or the black graphite?
    Hi Grey_beard,

A few days ago I've seen that you (Corsair) have released a 750D high airflaw intake kit and there was a pic of it installed on Yamamura, the article saying that it was available for purchase. I immediately asked my favorite etailer if I could get one on order, and it seems that they have no plans to make it available so I tried other etailers without success.

    So my question is :
Is there a way to purchase that kit directly from you or can you please recommend me an etailer in france if you know one?

    Thank you very much :)
Hey Gb, got a question i could not find the answer too. on the h110i is the tubing the same length as on the h100i as i am wondering if a little longer might be able to front mount it on my case,
Hi mate thankyou case arrived this morning just a min ago so many many thanks to you and all who helped resolve my issue. Obviously disregard any other messages left for you with me moaning lol. I am a very happy Corsair customer again at last lol. Cant thank you enough
    Hi Jasper,
I'm not really sure if this is a pump issue or fans, but if the noise is somehow dependent to your CPU temp, there is a chance that the fan is culprit. Pump rpm is constant in the H100i, nothing could change that speed because its directly connected to your SATA power. Try unplugging the fans and see if the noise would persist. If this is a fan issue, then It'll be an easier fix vs replacing the whole cooler. I'll have it replaced it via RMA.
    Hi Grey_beard,

I have had my H100i for around 3 months now but it has started to become really loud, I can hear the pump working and its not a consistent hum it's a bit of an on and off drilling noise, also when the CPU gets hot the grinding noise becomes a lot louder. Btw I am not using stock fans I am using the SP120 quiet fans.

What should my course of action be? I ordered the parts through Scan Computers in the UK for your knowledge.

    Jasper
