As the OCZ throttle competition thread is going way off topic I suggest we continue here Dump any ideas concerning prizes or anything else competition related.

Great idea with little items.

I suggest that a few people should win the items instead of only 1 winner. A great example is the OC3D poster for stickers. I got some of them and was worth going in the girls toilet to put it there LOL.

Althought I'm sure there are reasons with agreements why they cant give them away.

But would be nice to see more chances of winning things, but thats because im fat

One big prize with multiple smaller prizes sounds good too. I think we should not have a click and enter competition then though, as you do not have clear second, third and further ranks.

The posters like done in the casefan badge competition were a good idea, but it's already done before, but to be honest I can't come up with anything else either :/

An XFX based PC!!

with an XFX PSU (when it comes out), GPU, MoBo, Quad Core processor, Corsair/OCZ RAM with heatsinks powder coated to specific red or green (ATI or nvidia ), and a TJ07 coated in either red or green ...

I can imagine Tom considering this but at the same time, fearing 12 entries !

It would however be a nice way to generate a bit of cash for OC3D. Say for exaple, £5/10 entry, 3 prizes worth £500/250/100 respectively and the rest of the cash going in to a prize fund for future competitions.

well tjharlow a custom pc builder, modder etc on youtube tried doing a raffle for his subscribers to enter for a little fee to win some watercooling gear, but he later found out it was illegal to do so
