Comfortable mouse for laptop

I'll be using my laptop a lot at college, programming, using apps etc. so I need a mouse comfortable for quite a bit of time. I don't want to be spending money on basically another G5 (I'm thinkin £20 max). I would also like to get a notebook cooler that works.

I want to buy it off one of OC3D's affiliate companies (ST, Tekheads) and I don't want to spend loads on it

I would go for a mini mouse because it is easier to move about with.
