Put me down to. I dont get much time for games these days alas but I'll defo contribute.
Ok guys, i think 2 more should be enough to cover the cost at a reasonable low amount each a month.
If we have 7 people doing it then it should work out at around £5 each exactly, which is nothing really. As it stands with 5 it will be £7 each a month.
I think, we should wait get a few more names down and then go for it around the 25th of the month (unless i get money sooner lol)

k guys been looking aroudn for servers, you want to get a 100 tickrate server if possible, as they have less lag and higher hit registration.

I still don't fully understand what makes a good server, as it seems people are just setting up their own?! (Or reselling...)

Okay, it seems best to go with a server that has been established for a while (experience in the field), I have been looking on google, and I think that this one looks like a good bet - http://www.eliteserv.co.uk/flash/index.php

The whole tickrate thing is a bit dodgy - a company offering 100tickrate to more than two clients per machine would basically be lying, because the machine would not be able to provide that. This is what some of the newer companys seem to be doing. The eliteserv.co.uk seem to offer a trial aswell, so we could test them as a clan, and if we like them sign up.
What do you guys think?
