When you remove the inlet and outlet tubes from the old gpu block plug them with something to prevent leaks as you prep the new block for installation, then carefully install the tubing one at a time then refill the loop. Sorry I cant help you with a London store location because I'm from the states but I know a lot of you guys use watercooling uk, i'm not sure if they have a walk in store or not.

Also I always re apply thermal compound to the cpu anytime i remove it, but make sure you clean all the residue off for proper contact.
