That depends, for lower end CPUs it's fine but higher end CPUs will run a tad hotter and it won't really be quiet...

+1 to this :)

on my i3 2100 i can run stock heat sink @ lowest speed (around 1000 RPM) and it will only just touch 60c under load and my case fans are louder.

you can run a higher CPU with stock cooler but its going to be hotter.

for around £30 you can get the Coolermaster Hyper 212 going to be much better than stock.

The Trooper/Stryker can take a 360mm Monsta in push pull up front and a 30mm 240mm in push pull in the roof. If you wanted to add a 360 up top, all you need to do is cut 3 small cuts to extend to top holes. Really easy to do, and whatever rad you mount up front you will need to buy some sort of bracket. EK uni holders do the job and only about £4

But he's running an i5 4570, I'm pretty sure he won't need a 360mm monsta for that

How silent, i almoust hear it ? i need yes quiet but power pc :dta

Could always go for a Noctua NH-D14. You won't even hear that with your processor and it's probably even overkill but it seems that you won't go for anything lower end than that?

If you want to save some money, you could also get the:

- BeQuiet! Shadow Rock PRO SR1
- BeQuiet! Dark Rock Advanced C1
