well got the unit working and stable after fitting the new temprite 900 oil sep gased the 2nd with R507 and ran it for an hour just to make sure all the oil had returned back to the compressor

then vaced it down and regased with R23

just had the unit running for 2 hours without load on the evap just to make sure that all temps and pressures would sit stable before i moved it over to the bench

and hooked it up to the QX6700

load testing tomorrow now

load testing tomorrow now with QX6700

just glade i have solved the problem and have smashed up the danfoss oil sep

that has held me back not just with this unit but with cascade 3 as well

Ah mate, those temps look well nice for each stage, now thats what i was expecting to see.So it was all down to the oil seperator eh ?,at least that means you are fuly understanding these things now,as that was exactly what you suspected.Well done m8.Are the pressures all good ?Lets hope the load don't throw a spanner in the works.

What a beauty - great work, hard to believe that an oil sep would cause so much trouble, yet the proof is in the pudding.

Looking good baz mate, thanks for sharing.

Loving the work Baz mate, some great temps there, how far you have come in a short space of time, keep up the great work mate and enjoy.

Lovely work mate, kudos :D Can't imagine what she must look like up close and personal, work of art!

Can't wait to see the results from this beast, you have any plans to add a 4th stage ;)
