Ahh its not a proper diesel if it doesn't have boost gauges. Is it running any mods?
engine and sound wiseYou mean engine mods or just mods like lighting, sound etc?

I'd imagine as its a diesel the fuel pumps probably been tweaked and it might have a modded turbo.Engine I don't really know tbh, I know its got a turbo but I'm not sure if its stock or aftermarket, I've owned the car for 3 days now![]()

Nice car anyway. I'd trade it for my corsa any day.
Today is the first time I gave it something to drink, I also bought a bottle of some engine cleaner, it was quite cheap so might aswellIt all depends on how long I can survive with 20eu, if I can do atleast 8 days of driving, it will remain as is, else I will have to tweak it down a bit as I can't afford to go spending 40eu a week :/
If the car smokes a bit under throttle then the pumps been tweeked to inject more fuel into the engine then it needs, producing black smoke
Got mine back from the garage last week after the fuel pump failure. (not entirely a surprise after 19 years & 184k miles)
Changed the coil pack and spark plugs back. (tried my spares before realising the fuel pump was foobar'd) There are a few mods hiding under under the bonnet, like a forge recirc valve, 3" downpipe & sport cat, silicone hoses, steering rack bracing and an extra bar fitted to the strut brace.
My choice of interior is probably not going to be popular around these parts, but I love it. Yes, I really did change out all the black bits for walnut. Makes it a warmer and lighter place to sit, rather than dark and oppressive.
At night it lights up a nice shade of green. I swapped the standard clarion headunit for a JDM clarion DRX9255. (branded as Addzest). I need to change the filter on the display to orange so that it matches the rest. There is a Stack boost gauge and AEM uego AFR gauge too that i use to help with live mapping.
The heart of the audio system. An alpine 3672 active crossover feeding a 4 channel 3553 and a 6 channel 3566 amp. (The crossover takes 4 phono in and splits it into 12) The slab of MDF has been removed along with my sub, leaving a 3 way front stage comprised of vifa ring radiator tweeters, vifa 3.5" mid range and alpine/dynaudio 6.5" woofers plus the rear 6x9" running as substitute subs.
