Can the LCD display be used elsewhere?

I have a spare green LCD display for a Mach II GT, and instead of selling it, I was wondering if it is possible to connect it to say a USB/1394 port on my motherboard using some type of adapter, and have it display some other temps?

Does anyone know of such an adapter? I don't know anything about LCDs...

That sort of adaptor is called a mach 2 control board . I doubt you can get an adaptor for it. It may be possible to connect 2 to 1 control board though as Phil did with the dual chilly1. Ask the big guy if you want to know how.
