BT HH Replacement

Evening all,

Had some god awful experience with the Home Hub, all of them i've had the 1st 2nd and 3rd. All are awful and i can't stand this BT Fon rubbish which we can't switch off without a headache from the technical team from the sounds of things.

I need something that my family can use, which just flat out works

We just invested in some sonos stuff, and within half an hour the connection had dropped and nothing was working. Yippie -.-

I'm also using a devolo:

Because we have quite a long house...

If anyone's got any suggestions to something that just works that'd be awesome

Just broadband, its not the fastest connection in the world, i live out in the sticks a bit.

I just need something with a reliable connection. That won't drop out all the time, but at the same something that won't burn a hole in my pocket.

so i guess sub £70 at a push. Anymore and i'll have to check ebay

Do you use bts television service. If you do you need th e home hub

just basically want it so that the connection stops dropping out.
Kind of makes the sonos, which needs it with spotify.

and i've been trying to diagnose it for ages but just can't put my finger on it.

Wondering whether its because of the Devolo thing, or if its a crap signal coming through the phone line, or what...
