BSOD since haswell upgrade

i recently upgrade to 4770k with z87x ud3h and crucial blistix tactical 4X4GB (1866)Ram

basically i have been getting random bsod since day one. now frustrated i want the help of you guys. bsods are happening for several different reasons
1) irql drivel not equal or less (most common)
2) memory exemption (only once, few days ago)
3) nvdll.sys (or something) (once so far)

after the memory exemption bsod i did memtest after 2 hours memtest restated without giving any errors. then i left it and it ran for 6 hours (pass 4, i think) without any errors. i did a clean install of nvidia drivers updated the bios to the latest but nothing works.

any help will be appreciated.
edit: it was nvlddmkm (the third one) my computer also sometimes freezes for few seconds

Sounds like a definite ram issue. Is the BIOS and all drivers up to date? Other than that try 1 stick of ram at a time to see which is the bad stick

i did run memtest for 6 hours no issues. i guess the other thing i can do is put my old ram in

RAM is a funny thing. Did you run it for 6 hours with individual sticks? that would be the best option. Also have you set up the speed, voltage and timings correctly in the bios??

Remove one stick and boot, that will reset memory settings power off and plug it back in.

That's what I had to with my ram when I first got it to stop the blue screens.

um i enbled the xmp in bios and thats it. i think xmp profile is 1867mhz @ 1.5v and 9,9,9,27 timings

Okay i have done that so far so good. but i will let you know after a day or so.
also i have been thinking could it be possible that my cpu cant hold 16 gigs of ram at 1866?

Friendly advice, people around here don't like it if you double post, you should probably use the edit button to add additional information to the last post you did, should something new come up without anyone else posting in between.

OT: Are you overclocking at all, or are you undervolting?

no my graphics card was overclock but not anymore but bsods are still happening

edit: i have been googling and found that people can usually tell what is wrong with your pc by reading your dump file. i have a dump file but can anyone here read it?

if you can find the name of that file (not a guess) will help alot.

looks to me liek so driver is having a funny turn, i would try checking for updates.

hey, i have decided to completely reset my system so everything is wiped clean on all 3 of my hard drives (nearly 4 TB of data). now if i get bsod it is going to be a hardware issue(PS: am i right on this?). i will let you guys know if i get anymore bsods.

edit: it is a hrdware issue because after wiping everything i got 'bad pool header' BSOD

okay so i put my old xms3 back in put the xmp profile on (1600 mhz @ 1.65v 9,9,9,24) and i am running my pc for 3/4 of a day and no blue screens to speak of.

that means either that the blastix are bad or they are just unstable at stock speed. what do you guys think? should i try them with lower speed or just return them because they cannot run at their stock speed?

If they are rates at 1600 and arent running at it I would return them

hmmm no these are my old ram. my new ones are rated at 1866 @ 1.5 volts 9,9,9,27. but yeah thats is what pretty much every one is suggesting. thanks for helping. i might just try them at lower speed to see if they work or they are total trash.

however they passed 6 hours of memtest. strange

No Haswell experience myself, but some reviews mention ram profiles not being picked up correctly on some boards.

Might pay to check the auto ram settings against what they're meant to be

Can someone chime on on what the VCCSA (sometimes called System Agent) should be defaulting to? I'm not suggesting you change it, but am aware it's important.

Hmm interesting. I did set primary timings, speed and dram voltage manually. But no improvement. I am not sure on vccsa. (Let me know if someone knows about it)

Also I did notice NB frequency sometimes running slower than dram speed. In x58 it has to be at least twice the ram speed. That could be the problem or is it normal for has haswell?
