Broken links are back again?!

Hey I'm having problems with my icons. They keep showing up as these broken looking ones. I have no idea how to change them back, it's sooo annoying, any suggestions? It happens when I get music off of limewire, when i'm looking through my already saved music, some pictures etc.

Do they still work though?

To change the icons you right click on the icon, then go to 'properties'. Under the 'shortcut' tab you have 'change icon'. Click this then you have to 'browse' to find the correct icon, this should be located in the program directory (program files as default). I've changed a few desktop icons to Futurama icons I downloaded. This method should work for the icons in the top screenshot but there's a lot in the lower pic. Try changing one and seeing that they are the same filetype maybe they will all change.....

Tryed right click on the file > properties > opens with.

Change the program to the one you want.

tools, folder options

always show file extension or soemthing like that

see if that helps
