i meant to write sets, do 30 push-ups, then 30sec-45sec rest, then repeat 3-5 times, or if you cant do that much, lower the ammount of repeats you do to like 10-20 and do more sets, same with crunches, also try doing plank , and later on planch , and do more types of ab excercises i mean you workout like my granma xD
Nah I don't have to stay in! I can just be at home, I only have to go in twice a week for physio therapy, occupational therapy and fitness.
The sets do sound like a good idea. I can just do push ups, take some rest in my arms while I do the first set of the rest of the exercises and then repeat 2 or 3 times.
I don't need a lot of ab exercise tbh, I'm quite underweight so they are probably the most developed / showing muscles that I have. I need to balance it out

Oi! In my defense I am recovering from surgery. I can't do that much. I'm also not massively into body building, just staying in shape, preferably as effectively as possible.
