I havn't had so much fun playing recon class since OFDR, you can really help your team with this class that you couldn't quite do in BFBC2, I just can't wait till next month for the full release!

They had to turn of the destruction system because it was causing players to fall through the map.
Also this beta is a month or 2 old code and the purpose of the beta is mainly to stress test their servers.

KING_OF_SAND has been spreading rumors around this is AMD based, but then SieB countered with all big conventions etc had nVIDIA systems, and that the game is optimised for bulldozer CPUs...

Someone else said about the big conventions all running them on Nvidia cards but as far as I know that is true. I did read a while back that BF3 was being made in order to fully optimize all 8 cores of the new BD CPUs but it's been that long since I read it I can't remember where I read it but i'm sure someone also posted about it on here somewhere.
Some people were saying in a thread the other day that it has been optimized for AMD but no one could provide a source on it being true.
I haven't heard or seen anything saying it has been optimized for Nvidia or AMD GPUs specifically, I recon it will come down to drivers and which team can make the best ones.

BF3 has started to suck for me recently. I get one good game and then the game either crashes or I get removed from the Server, it's getting really annoying

I keep getting sound loop crashes now
was just shooting sieb_oc3d then it crashed
It didn't crash for me, just finished the match. I'm getting a few glitches though.
EDIT: meh, just crashed on me and it kept spawning me on the other teams side WTF.

Yep, just posted about this in the other thread as well, bunch of pricks. I don't get why people do it, what is the point, the whole idea of online gaming is for the challenge not just to sit there camping and using an aimbot.

there's almost no sanctions for cheaters, most of them are other players cussing them, so it's quite sad all together like punkbuster bans but bnot from the whole game, so they're also fueled by abusing that, so they're like the enemy. can i swear very explicitly, can they hear it? no, so they play another stupid example, cuss us and lie and cheat all together, it's an evolution of the scum explained in the history books and the moral is (likwe the good general himself in Bulletstorm says) "that's what you get for being lenient to F**K OFF's
