Best Cutting parts for case modding (Dremel Disks)

Alright lads.

I have Nearly finished my new build and the only thing i need to do now is cut a 120mm hole out the top of the case to exfil hot air. The standard Job.

I know there are plenty of videos out there but i find them to be a bit lazy and tedious and they don't really answer my question..

My real question is what is the best dremel disk to use to cut through steel casing. I used normal disk cutters on an earlier project and it took all of them to cut about half way round the hole.

Also through searching Ebay there are hundreds of different types of cutters and some seen a bit shite and i don't want to spend good money on a set that do not do the job correctly.

I appreciate all Input and if you could tell me what you have used for similar projects in the past that would be great, A link to the best Disk would be even better.

Also feel free to discuss what tools you have used for what jobs and how you feel about them.

Good Day lads.

The best for fan holes is a 4 inch Hole Saw (120mm fan) or a Jig Saw , then file the cut clean and put some U channel molding around the edge .

Et Voila !

Edit : The best Dremel disks are the Aluminum Oxide reinforced ones .

From my limited experience i would recomend if you have a jigsaw it's the ideal tool for the job, cutting circles with a dremel is a pain and often requires a lot of work with a file before it looks nice.
