I nearly bought that case , i love it !

But since i watercool its not possible and i dont like external rads .

So i just keep my 600T and make me a card keeper !

Cheers !

Mines watercooled, and I dont have an external rad

@ cerbrus2

Did you mod the RV 03 to fit the Rad , and what rad did you throw in there ?

Im going to change my case in the very near future , i am hesitating between RV 03 and a MM Monticle 24 ....

I mounted a Phobia Gchanger 240X60mm in the 5 1/4 drive bays, you can buy a bracket for £4. And also tom mentioned in a vid about a manufacturer that are making 180 X2 and 180X3 rads that will sit ontop of the huge silverstone fans at the bottom of the case.

I looked at the review here on the forum and its clearly aircooling designed , are you sur for the 180 rads on the bottom fans ?

The bottom fans dont all sit in one line ....

For the 180 rads i think its Magicool or so .

You do have to do a bit of modding to the case, to get it in, a few hole drilled here and their. OR they make a adaptor plate that screws to the top of the fans and then you just mount a 240mm rad to that, and the silverstone fans stay where they are. just depends on how much work you want to do realy. But my nice chunky gchanger went into the drive bays without a hitch and I have also had a 120X40mm rad mounted in the top exuast as well.

Thank you for the infos matey !

How is the cable management in this case ?

I dont need that much radiator surface anyway since in my actual 600 T i only got a 240 and a 120 ( 30mm thick , 30FPI ) and it does a perfect job on my 2600k @ 4.5 GHz and my 6950's .

Cheers

And as always , have a nice day !

cable management is brill you have around 50mm of space behined the MB tray. only thing it lacks realy is some rubber gromets.

One more little question ?!

How much space is there between the back of the case and the power supply location ? ( I need 397 mm )

Could you measure that for me please ?

their is only room for a atx powersupply m8 180mm max realy. I would have had a heart attack if the case was wide enough to fit a 400mm powersupply in it. I think you need to be looking at an alysium for that powersupply lol

No mate the 397 mm are for the rad to be fitted !

Back of the case (pci slots) --------------------> Powersupply Housing

You measured from the right side panel .

Yes , its true that 90 bucks on shipping fee for one card keeper is *beeeep* expensive !!!

But you can inspire from the card keeper and try to manufacture something in the same style !

I'am actually thinking about making one myself !

Cheers !

Hmmm what interests me about this costing is that if you buy a HP or Dell workstation from the suppliers, and let's say you have a quadro card or similar installed as an extra, the normal box will come and inside the usual plastic bag that has the mouse/build disks etc, will be some of these card retainers.

I'd contact HP/Dell and see if they'll supply you with some. They can't cost much in reality.

exactly 360mm ?

The rad wont fit .....

Thank you very much for your time and help !!

So i think im going with the mountain mods case instead .

Cheers , and have a nice day !

Than you for the link Mate !

I just ordered one !

I tried fitting the jack of my car in the case but it didnt work very well !

Cheers !

I almost brought a Raven RV03 because i didn't like my card bending, the orientation on the motherboard tray means that the card cannot bend

It is one of its kind casing. Like it very much. will put it in the list for next build.

WOW!!! this is superb. too bad that difficult to get a online shop that have shipping to malaysia with acceptable shipping fee.

Or you can buy a HAF-X that comes with a card keeper
