BackDraft Evo (a Nanoxia DS1 Build)

VERY sexy build, well done sir!! Word of warning though, be sure to flush your radiators out before use, and flush them WELL. I bought a pair of 360 Monstas, and the crap that came out of them was UNREAL.

Perfect fit - that's what she said...

Looking good, mate! :)

coming along nicely there mate

Brings a tear to my eye... lovely looking build so far!

... dat Monsta rad clearance x-)

Cheers guys :)

Already done so and believe it or not on this occasion not even a trace of gunk :D

A few shots I forgot to post of the EK Supreme LTX CSQ CPU Block with mounted EK CSQ 14 45 Degree Rotary Elbows and EK EN PSC 14 Compression Fittings.

(Gotta hate it when your camera picks up dust invisible to the human eye lol)

"Sleek, stylish and quite aggressive"

Perfect!!!

And certainly in keeping with the character of the build

7mm makes all the difference...

(size does matter lol or in this instance a reduction works better still lmao)

The old and the new

Perfect!!! :D

The additional 7mm I've gained would allow me to front and back the ST30 should I choose to do so or even install an ST45 ;)

there some nice fittings mate, what speed is that viper ram?
Cheers mate :)

The Vipers run at 11 11 11 27 2T on 1.5V @ 2133MHz at stock Tripp

Though I also know they can run at 11 12 11 30 @ 2400MHz

So plenty of BCLK tweaking to be had :D

Looking good fella, I had been wondering what this build looked like since you've been talking about it long enough :P

Gotta love that rad though, look up overkill in the dictionary and it's just a picture of that.

that's some heafty ram haha :D

I was planning on buying that same RAM for my new build. It looks sexy as ef :D

Lovely fittings btw!

Aye the RAM isn't bad ;)

Cheers mate, it's getting there...

Overkill meh lol

Overkill is never overkill :D

Right we have some more movement...

After much brainstorming I've decided to go with a pump/res combo in the form of the XSPC X2O 750 V4.

The rear provides an in at the lower left, out at the upper left, and a spare port at the lower right. The spare port can be used to bring together a parallel loop or it could even be used to bypass the pump and use the reservoir as a stand alone reservoir. This provides great versatility if perhaps you decide to buy a larger pump at a later date or it could probably be used as a fill port, etc. The casting quality looks very good and you can use any G1/4 threaded barb or compression fitting here.

Now to install it...

My aim is to go for a very minimalistic and clean looking loop; as point to point as humanly possible.

A revision of the fittings on the CPU block.

The pump feeds the roof mounted ST30 which then in turn feeds the Monsta.

Very happy with that thus far :)

Quick update...

I think I'm achieving the clean point to point flowing look I mentally pictured :)

Lovely Rig so far, that viper ram is amazing, i have 8GB of the same stuff myself, not even a hiccup with it, i was going put it to 2400Mhz but never really had the balls to! haha. Lovely so far, good luck with the loop ^_^

^^ and so it begins.
Good luck and may the spirits of the watercooling gods/godesses be with you!

Lovely and neat dude.:)

Thank you both :)

Agreed the Viper memory is belting kit :D

You can't go wrong with rock solid and stable memory running 11-11-11-27 1T @ 2133MHz at a mere 1.5V ;)

Back in post #27 I commented that that was the first phase of the GPU transformation...

Well now it's time to reveal all (well not quite all) :D

Nate aka Editor22 of E22 has been working on some pieces for me, this wee bundle arrived yesterday -
