Don`t ask me anything about them. As far as I can tell, it probably requires less `black-tape` to hold it all together than the last version.

Ok just ran the css stress test:

7.9 - 177fps

7.10 - 173fps

I slight performance decrease, but ive heard that BioShock runs a lot better with these. Ill play some BioShock later.

They really improved the 2900 XT in CS though.

1680x1050, Max Settings, 4x/8x -- Stock 2900 XT: Cat 7.9 = 135FPS

1680x1050, Max Settings, 4x/8x -- Stock 2900 XT: Cat 7.10 = 171FPS
