Asus ML239H - anything better than this?

I'm not confident that this one's a high quality monitor... Is there anything better than this for up to $300? Preferably less.

I'm gonna be gaming on my PC, so I want something with very little response lag or shadows (ghosting is it called?). I wouldn't mind if it was over 22... Maybe 23" or 24"... Or bigger, for all I care it can be 50". :lol:

So... Any suggestions?
