Anyone got pricing info on Conroe/Merom??

A number of opportunitities are being presented to me right now and the pull of the darkside is stronger than ever.

However, I need to know retail expectations of the above cpu's so I understand what sort of premium I am paying for this kit - this will ultimately decide whether I go ahead and what platform I will move to.
