Any Resin 3D printers here?

I know there are a few folks here that have FDM 3D printers, but I am wondering if any of you have or use Resin 3D printers.

I have seen a few videos recently that suggest that the Resin printers have become a lot easier to use recently, so I am curious if anyone here has any experience with them.

Saw this review yesterday for the Uniformation GK TWO, and it is great to see readily available replacement parts for a lot of these products, and that some new designs are made with repairs in mind.

Not sure if resin printing is something that I want to get into, but I do enjoy painting minis, so I may get into it eventually.

Im tempted to get one also. But for good mini painting you want a good printer with detailed micron value.

Ive seen some comparisons where some resin printers ended up just as bad as FDM when it came to small swords or extruding details parts. Im also curious on the need for the additional Curing devices.

That's my concern too. Needing additional cleaning and curing devices is a pain. Then there are the concerns of handling the resin itself. You need to be very careful around that stuff.

Sounds like the rabbit hole you go down when you get into pc watercooling

Watercooling is ever changing and upgrade. But get yourself a good printer and curing device and you are set for a very long time.

The issue is finding the right ones for what you want to do.

Yeah, there is certainly a lot to learn. It is increible the kind of things that you can make from home these days with machines like that though.

Yeah, if all goes well you buy one machine and it will serve you for a long long time.
