Any one remember when using a 240 Volt pump that connected to a PCI relay card that allowed the pump to turn on and off when power was applied to the PC was called or where i can get one from.

I think Asetek (makers of Vapochill) used to do the relays back in the day, and the most popular 240v pump was Eheim or Hydor iirc.

funnily enough I sorted one of these out for someone earlier this week...

I might have another of these lying about, powered via molex so will turn on and off witht the PC but I'm damned if I can remember what they're called

I'll have a dig about and see if I have any more lying about

(customers paint artwork not mine :) )

**note to self*** must learn to read first before posting reply....damn me :)

I do know what you are on about and again I'm sure in a dark dank corner I may have a couple......

How ever if some one had the pci version i think this would be much cleaner. Plus the idea of messing with mains electrics is a little daunting.

This is what i realy what though

Its a PowerPlant II PCI Relay Card
