any one know what tom is on about in this video need help asap

I had a quick skim could not find any, but if you used some neat braided cable extensions and folded them nicely that would look neat :)

Those are exactly what he means, I think they are a great idea, hopefully a black version will be produced soon. And a 24 pin ATX, and 8 pin power.

They are clearly intended to be soldered onto PCB's and not just stuffed in the end of a connector. You can't just smash a pin into a GPU connector that has another pin inside it because they will get bent. Secondly there is no way to locate them so you could potentially just use it upside down and finally you'd have metallic pins carrying some serious current in the least protected part of your rig.

If it was an actual legit block made to fit inside another block and accept a PSU cable then cool but use eyes, how the hell could you reccomend using that to the kind of noob who buys a GPU that's too big for their case

No they are 90 degree PCB surface mount sockets NOT adapters. You can get a 90 adapter usually about 5" in length or you can get them made to order, Lutr0 Customs will do them.

You can also have them as just a 90 degree block, rather than with the cable.

I'm glad someone asked that question, I've looked and looked for what he meant, and all I could find were the surface mount ones. The way Tom mentioned it did sound like he meant 90 connector blocks.

im glad im not only one

is it just me or does that cable look as if some lazy guy warmed the cables up and bent them to 90 degrees
