I know literally zero about anime and I read this thread. I'm so impressed you guys manage to remember these namesMy only experience with anime was some Naruto game I played and lost all of my save progress. Never touched anime after that

there is a small list of the anime I've got, it's under half of what i've seen
I might do when I have some free time, though I don't want to get into something thats gonna be addicting/taking my time. I already spends alot of time gaming and on YouTube. Anything you recommend reading/watching to get started?

well what did you like about the game? and what sort of films do you like?
I honestly don't remember much about the game. It was a few years back. As for movies, something with a fast paced plot and lots of action usually suits me.

as for con's in the uk there are LOADS going on in 2015, have you been to a uk con before?
MCM EXPO London is a good place to meet people and make new friends as it other wise known as comic con london almost 100,000 people was there in May

I always get told I look like Stifler from American Pie. Went to Mexico on vacation once and was even informed by a local that I looked like him.
Not a bad thing, but I can't do much with that as far as Anime conventions go haha.

tbh a lot of people who know nothing about anime know nothing about it or the con lifestyle/cosplaying say it just full of virgins who can't get laid, they have never been soooo wrong about anything in there life, the uk con are anime in the day and heavy partying in the night, some people just come just for the for the atmosfear and the very heavy drinking.
and yes there are quite a few hot girls who cosplay..

sub = spoken in Japanese with English (or any other language) subtitles
dub = is spoken in English (or any other language)
there's a bit more to it, subbed anime comes out within 30/45 mins after the show is aired where as dubbed anime can take over a year some cases more!

EDIT: what ever you do DON'T watch dubbed stuff from 4kids, some of the worst dubbing i've EVER watched

No kidding. Bleach sub ended in in 2012, dubbed 2014.
And funimation, will censor stuff too.

I don't know the first thing about Anime. The only ones I've seen are the typical ones everyone watched: Fullmetal Alchemist, FMA Brotherhood, Attack on Titan, Hellsing, Hellsing Ultimate, Deathnote and Neon Genesis Evangelion...
Unfortunately I am very bored and due to summer-pause there's nothing else on TV so any recommendations on Anime would be greatly appreciated. Currently Watching Black Bullet, but I'm having a hard time finding english dubbed episodes online. (Unfortunately there's no good legal market for Anime-Streaming in Germany)
