I have the same mobo, and my letches is just rock solid. So i only think you have been very unlucky on that.

And in Denmark i can just call the Company and they will send a new mobo and i can send the old back. Only is that shop online, very happy whit that support

i am not totally sure what it was, but i know now that i will be extra careful with the next one

yes sending it back is fine but you still have to wait for them to send it, and you sending it etc. if you want right into the store you can get a new one right away without waiting
