@ Bungral, it looks like he's using "GPUTool Community Technology Preview 1"
@jabski, Very nice m8. I now know I have no chance of winning, lol.
The 4870X2 I recieved won't clock up to anywhere near that. My own card will do 850 on the core and has passed 06 at 860 in the past
How much voltage did you need to get the NB over 2800?
I haven't managed to POST with CPU at stock and a 2800NB
Also, I thought we weren't allowed to use LOD tweaks and the like?
I haven't bothered trying to get max scores in 3DMark06 yet. I mentioned in a previous post I was going to start testing the chipset bus speeds, so I began by setting HT and NB to 2000 while leaving the CPU, Mem and GFX at stock speeds:
Super PI 1M & 32M

3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06 & Vantage

PCMark 05

POV-Ray 3.7 Beta
Single Core

Multithreaded

WinRAR 3.9 beta4

Everest CacheMem

CineBench10 x64

AutoGK DVD to XviD conversion.

Then while leaving the HT at 2000, increasing the NB to 2200:
Super PI 1M & 32M

3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06 & Vantage

PCMark 05

POV-Ray 3.7 Beta
Single Core

Multithreaded

WinRAR 3.9 beta4

Everest CacheMem

CineBench10 x64

AutoGK DVD to XviD conversion.

2400NB
Super PI 1M & 32M

3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06 & Vantage

PCMark 05

POV-Ray 3.7 Beta
Single Core

Multithreaded

WinRAR 3.9 beta4

Everest CacheMem

CineBench10

AutoGK DVD to XviD conversion.

2600NB
Super PI 1M & 32M

3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06 & Vantage

PCMark 05

POV-Ray 3.7 Beta
Single Core

Multithreaded

WinRAR 3.9 beta4

Everest CacheMem

CineBench10 x64

AutoGK DVD to XviD conversion.

As you can see, some applications show more improvement than others, but considering everything else is still at stock speeds, any increase is welcomed.
Next comes some HT testing and then FSB. But from some preliminary HT testing, the gains (if any) are usually minimal.
[edit] hmmm, not sure wtf imageshack is doing with the thumbnails, but the main pics still show *shrug*
