AMD's Never Settle Program has gave gamers an excellent value proposition since it's inception in late 2012. Over the past number of months the program began to fade away, as less and less games were added and less and less GPUs were sold with a Never Settle coupon. Now AMD Never Settle is back, with more games than ever before.

Announcing the New Never Settle Forever Program for the R 200 series.

While not all games here are new titles, or even new to the Never settle Program there are some noteworthy new additions; Murdered Soul Suspect for those who love detective/mystery games, Shogun 2 Total war, Supreme Commander and Company of Heroes 2 for Strategy Gamers, Payday 2 for those who love some Co-operative multi-player action, and finally Guacamelee, Dyad, The Banner Saga and Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack for those who love Indie Titles.

While all these games can be described as older titles, with the exception of Murdered: Soul Suspect, these offer gamers a wide range of titles and genres which can be tailored suit almost any PC gamer. While most of us would already own many of these game, through previous Never Settle bundles or otherwise, those which are New to PC gaming will benefit most here.

One more thing to note is that all the Indie titles will be available in bundles of two, rather than separately, which means there is a choice of either two indie titles or a single (albeit older) Published title.

All that can be said for AMD's Never settle is that it provided more value, which is great for everyone whether you play the bundled games or sell them on. Undoubtedly those newest to PC gaming will benefit most, having either having not played many of these games before or wanting to play them again with the extra options the PC platform can provide.

What do you guys think of AMD's New or Updated Game Bundles? Do you applaud AMD's ability to create such a wide selection of games to choose from or disappointed in the number of older titles in this bundle?

As always please post below.

why are some of the games you can get for a £1 on the list? Everyone has them already. Good job AMD.

-edit- Also GG for choosing games that make a big thing about PhysX.

Oh no, free stuff!!! The horror, how dare they. :frown:

Why do people moan about free stuff? Doesn't matter if you don't play the games, they didn't cost you anything. Just give them away if they bother you that much. :)

I sold the 5 games I got with my 7950 for £40 and the copy of BF4 I got with my 290 for £15.

Glad to see AMD bringing it back to be honest, it doesn't sway my decision when buying a card but I know I will either get free games or a bit of cash back after I sell them if I so buy an AMD card.

You think that isn't calculated into the price of the GPU? Really...

I just know it's free stuff and that I will either play the games or sell them.
Either way, they are still free so even if I gave them away nothing of value was lost, that is how I look at it anyway :)

The games aren't added to the cost of the card, AMD makes a deal with the developers and pays them. You could argue that instead of paying developers money that they could just knock money off the cards, but that isn't how it works and will never be. It would be better if they did do that but i'm not going to turn free stuff down and neither should anyone else.

Precisely, I don't see why people moan here. Free is free.

Maybe the games here are old, but they are a bunch of selection of games here. As i said before, it would be great for a newcomer to PC gaming that want to add to his or her game library.

As for whether this makes the GPU more expensive, most of these games are old and have been in previous AMD bundles before, It wouldn't increase the GPUs cost by a highly significant margin.

The cost of the product is set by the market, or in other words based against the competitor (Nvidia's) pricing, If the games were not present AMD would still have a competitive pricepoint, so why change it?

Mmm, just cause 2. The new amd bundle that was an Nvidia affiliated game originally. On start up you get this:

don't forget this was one of the games that was chosen to show cuda and Nvidia 3D stuff:
