Hey guys,

Sorry these photos have been a long time coming! I'm still waiting for my three 120mm noctua fans to show up to replace the fractal ones and a little more cable tidying is needed. Apart from that its done though! Don't flame me too much if you think its a mess, this is my 5th computer build ever and the first one I've tried overclocking with!

Specs are at the bottom.

Here are the specs!

Fractal R3 Design Case, all fans either 140mm or 120mm noctua (or will be soon!)

ASUS Crosshair IV Formula

AMD Phenom II X4 955 OC @ 4.4GHz (stock is 3.2GHz)

Noctua NH-D14 Cooler

4GB Corsair XMS DDR3 @ 1600MHz

AMD/ATi HD 6970 (running at stock at the moment)

2 x 64GB Crucial C300 SSD (6Gb/s)

1 x 1TB Samsung HDD

Corsair TX750 Watt PSU

Feel free to ask any questions! Cheers!

Need to change those HTML codes to BB codes for the images to work properly dude.

Thanks! Sorted it now

Looks nice dude. Just a quick suggestion, have you tried routing that 8 Pin up the back and through the CPU cutout? That would make things look really tidy.

No I haven't, is okay for the cable to rest against the back of the motherboard then? I'm a novice at all this ^^. I'm not sure it would fit over the top of the mobo and past the fans? Could give it a go though!

Roof fans need to be facing the same way matey

out is best in that rig. I normally only use the back one though

Was pretty fiddly to get that cable under the fans, over the heat sink and into the socket but managed it in the end! All for you Aurus_OC xD

Thanks Tom, my thoughts were that air gets pulled in before the cpu cooler, goes through it and then gets sucked out the back, but obviously I'm wrong

Going to have to take the heatsink out to do that arent I! Lame!

@ that 4.4 clock

O! Sorry! All I did was turn the multiplier up to 22, I left prime running over night and its been totally fine! I'm not uber skilled or anything!

The cooler and the motherboard are both ace though!
