Admin on oc3d server

hey guys. you seem to put a lot of hard work into this forum. i like that. the other thing why i opened this thread is that ever since i have been playin on your css-server

i never saw any admin who sort things out. there are a few hacker playing regularly. You may can advise some admins to visit the server more often.

if there are noones or too less, i would volunteer to do the job. 'cauz i'm not new to the genre. i just don't know what to do to become an admin on this oc3d server. are there any possibilities?

Thanks for bringing this too our attention. The gungame server is one of the most popular servers, and I for one was only informed of this a few days ago. Ive poped on a few time to check and eveyone has been clean then. We have plenty of admins, but i think we often overlook the gungame a bit due to playing prefrances.

If you do come accross any malpractice see if you can get a demo of them & they're seam ID (a screenshot prefrebly) and we can see about manualy adding them too the bans list (that has to be done by the server owner, who is very, very busy and so it could take some time).

I think the guys at the top do monitor it but they are only a few and cannot be 24/7. I do know that whenever they are on and someone is hacking they are either booted or challenged to a duel and shown the error of their ways, even when still hacking. Normally after the embarrasment of being beaten while cheating they leave.

I am also sure more replies will follow but look forward to playing against you and am glad you like this place, post an intro to let everyone else know you are here.

Yeah, as Ham said, we'll try and frequent the server a bit more - but if you see anybody hacking when no admins are on, just get some screenshots and preferably a demo and I'll add them to the banned list

also be aware that we are sometimes on the server, but not with OC3D tags on, or even with our real usernames

Yeah, i did tell ham about a hacker last week but he left b4 we could own his sorry ass. Usually all it takes is a quote of their steam id and say they're about to get banned and they leave

I've not played much for a while, but last time I went onto the gungame server there was someone cheating they won the game. Then map changed and as soon as I changed my name, adding the OC3D tag, he quit off the server (just to make it more obvious).
